  • Service Not Delivered: If your listing has not been published within the agreed timeframe.
  • Incorrect Listing Details: If we have failed to accurately reflect the information provided by you after submission, and we are unable to correct the issue within a reasonable period.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same listing.
  • Lock period: If you see no benefit then you can apply for the refund after 90 Days locking period.
  • 2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once a listing is published, we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind.
  • Failure to Comply with Guidelines: If your listing is removed or rejected due to violation of our submission guidelines or terms of service, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Service Usage: If you have already benefited from partial use of the service (e.g., your listing has been live for some time), a refund will not be provided.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your transaction ID, the listing details, and the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Method
